Being you can be complicated. Starting in January, all teens and college students are invited to join us on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month for events and activities aimed at helping you enjoy being you – a beloved child of God! You’ll use your own creativity to make, do, accomplish or meet head-on many of the parts of being you in your own skin.
Sometimes that will look like games, or scavenger hunts or a creative activity. Sometimes you’ll be slinging paint and pounding hammers. Maybe you’ll get messy with glue. You may even find a place in the church building that you’ve never seen before!
Kicking Off January 10 at 6:30 p.m.
We’ll get things started with a string art project using the letter of your choice. Patterns will be available. If possible, we’d love for participants to register ahead of time so we have plenty of tools and patterns available. Contact Corina Atherton or Trish Day to register or for more information!
Donations needed: If any members have cross stitch floss or embroidery thread that you can donate for this activity, please drop it off in the office labeled “Youth.”
